IBIAN®-HotTaq DNA Polymerase is designed for researchers requiring precise and reproducible results. By using anti-Taq antibodies, the polymerase activity remains inhibited during reaction set-up (20-22 ºC ) , activating exclusively once the temperature exceeds 70 ºC in the thermal cycler.

This feature allows for sample handling at room temperature without the risk of non-specific amplifications, resulting in clean electrophoresis bands and more reliable quantification in RealTime PCR.
